Hehe, it's kind of strange seeing flowers on food. However, I am reminded of how here in Mexico we eat Pumpkin flowers all the time! One of the things it is cooked with, usually, is steak and/or "Oaxaca" cheese  in a quesadilla. Here's a picture of it: www.debate.com.mx/eldebate/lib…
